Our client is a Leading Multinational Company in FMCG business. With factories and distribution lines across Indonesia, currently they are looking for qualified candidates to be Supervisor Record and Information Management in Surabaya.

Supervisor Record and Information Management

Surabaya Based

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and organizing document archive system / document retention management within all subsidiaries in corporate
  • Developing and establish centralized document archive system
  • Building awareness by conducting training and socialization regularly

Requirements:

  • Willing to be located in Surabaya
  • Bachelor Degree in Library Science / Information Science / Management / Administration
  • Min. 3 years of working experience in similar role
  • Experiencing with OmniRIM system will be an advantage
  • Posses high management skill (in project, time, documentation)
  • Analytical and systematical thinking, high communication skill, persuasive, proactive and dynamic, attentive to detail
  • Fluent in English, oral and written is a must
  • Computer literate
  • Willing to travel
